Making a video
Saved plans
Plans you draft are kept on your account under Your plans, so you can come back and build them later.
Last updated
Plans you draft are saved on your account, along with the edits you make to them. You find your recent plans under Your plans on the create screen, and you can open one and press Make my video whenever you're ready.
Because plans are stored on your account, not in your browser, you can start a plan on one device and finish it on another.
Where to find them
Go to /create, choose Generate with AI, and look above the box for Your plans. The list shows up to 5 of your recent plans. If you have no saved plans, the section does not appear.
Each row shows:
- The plan's title, or "Untitled plan".
- The number of scenes and the length, for example "6 scenes · about 3 min".
- How long ago it was saved, such as "just now" or "yesterday".
Opening a plan
Click Open on a row. You see Opening your plan, then the plan screen appears with your scenes and the settings you used when you drafted it. Carry on editing, then press Make my video. See The plan step.
Plans that are still being written
If a plan is still being drafted, its row says "Still being written" and the button reads Wait for it. Click it to wait for the plan to finish and open it when it lands.
Messages you might see
| Message | What it means |
| "That plan is already a video. You will find it in your projects." | You already built this plan. Open the video from the Projects page. |
| "That plan didn't finish being written. Start a new one below." | The draft stopped before the plan was ready. Draft a new one. |
Removing a plan
Click the Remove this plan icon at the end of a row. The plan disappears from the list. Removing a plan does not affect any video you already built.
Good to know
- Drafting is free, so saving a plan and coming back costs nothing. Credits are spent only when you press Make my video.
- You can draft up to 20 plans per account per day.
- Cartoon skits have no plan step. See The plan step.
